The Virginia Department of Elections strongly recommends that we make every effort possible to gather the required information at the time that a contribution is collected even if the contributor’s donation is $100 or less. Although this information is not required for contributors who contribute $100 or less, the aggregate contribution may exceed $100 in the future. Please fill out the contribution form to ensure we are in compliance with the campaign finance laws.
If this is a corporate donation you must fill out the business name, or employer if you are an individual, and the business address.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- Virginia: This contribution is made from my own funds or the funds of an authorizing corporation or other entity, and the funds are not being provided by any other person or entity.
